Famous Chef and Writer Presents
Buz Deliere, was born in Monroeville, PA and moved to Oklahoma when he was young. He went to school in Edmond Oklahoma and after high school graduation he moved back to Pittsburgh where he attended International Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu. Buz, graduated from culinary school in 2001 and immediately started as an executive chef of a popular Italian restaurant on Mt. Washington. He has catered for a former mayor of Pittsburgh and the former owner of the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 2014, Buz, won most creative dish in the Yacht Haven Grande Slider Showdown. He has been involved in the cannabis industry in Oklahoma since early 2019, he has consulted and has helped design and build commercial grows, dispensaries and designed processing kitchens as well. Buz, is also a writer for a popular cannabis magazine in Oklahoma where he writes a monthly column for infused recipes. Currently Chef Buz, is doing processing in Oklahoma and working on launching his own line of edibles and syrups.

This next dish comes from one of those dinner parties, and ever since, I’ve enjoyed making it just as much as eating it. It’s a great cheap, easy-to-make recipe for everyone to enjoy
  • Stuffed Meatloaf  I definitely need some go-to comfort foods after some of my death-defying kayaking adventures. Stuffed Meatloaf, was much needed. Thank you!
