"Cooking With A Buz"
Here's What Other People Are Saying:
" I love the grocery list that comes with every meal, I know exactly what to buy at the store before I make the dish"
"I've been looking at different ways I can consume my medicine, I think I've found it!"
"I've never bought a cook-book before UNTIL I saw cannabis-infused reciepes. I'm all in!"
Here Are A Few Recipes From The Famous Cannabis Chef You'll Learn To Make In This Amazing Book:
  •  Sensi Lasagna This meal always reminds me of those times when our family and friends were together, laughing, cooking, and eating, so I hope you can share similar experiences around this dish as well.
  • Poached Salmon Cakes This entrée reminds me of the time I won the 2nd annual Yacht Haven Grande. I was a chef down in the Virgin Islands and beat out some of the best in the islands.
  • Country Fried Steak This classic country dish was inspired by a memory I had with my dad when I was younger and he let me try a bite of his. I instantly fell in love; I remember in high school I would even make a sandwich out of it: put the steak, with some mashed potatoes and gravy on it, between two rolls
  • Caribbean Jerk Mahi This seafood delight reminds me of living in the islands. I use to eat Fresh Mahi twice a week if not more.
  • Pâté chinois Shepherds Pie After the islands I was a Chef in Ontario, Canada and while there I would enjoy dinner parties with friends. This next dish comes from one of those dinner parties, and ever since, I’ve enjoyed making it just as much as eating it. It’s a great cheap, easy-to-make recipe for everyone to enjoy
  • Stuffed Meatloaf  I definitely need some go-to comfort foods after some of my death-defying kayaking adventures. Stuffed Meatloaf, was much needed. Thank you!
